Janice Hanly

Janice Hanly is an  Executive Business and Life Coach and her coaching practice is based in Northwold, Johannesburg, South Africa. She offers coaching to both private and corporate individuals up to and including executive level. She is a workshop facilitator and a motivational speaker. Janice is a COMENSA Master Practitioner Coach  (Coaches and Mentors Association of South Africa) and follows the code of ethics laid down for the profession by the association. She is also a qualified Neuroscience Coach, an accredited Integrative Enneagram practitioner and Neurolink Brain profile and Emotional Intelligence practitioner.

Janice started her working career as a Nurse and then became a passionate entrepreneur, starting and running her own businesses in the fields of Advertising, Public Relations & Events Management, Talent Search and Recruitment, and Property Investment.

Janice’s own experiences in the business world have enabled her to relate to key issues that arise within both the corporate world and the private sector. Through running her own businesses she has gained a wealth of experience of the inner workings, hierarchy and dynamics in both SMEs and Corporates. With this exposure she can relate to her clients on all levels and has a deep understanding of the challenges each individual might face on a daily basis.

Janice is passionate about working closely with her clients to assist them towards deep introspection. This enables them to find the intent and resolve to look deep within themselves to find their own solutions to issues and obstacles that may be blocking the way to their personal success. She encourages them to take ownership and be accountable for their own lives. With specialised coaching techniques she facilitates the process of self-discovery and empowerment.
