EI (Emotional Intelligence)
Emotional Intelligence is absolutely key to the success of both an individual and an organisation. Based on Reuven Bar-On’s model of Emotional Intelligence, and The EQ Edge by Steven J Stein and Howard E Book, this workshop is designed to remove the mystery. The good news is that EI skills can be learnt and enhanced at any stage of your life. Working through the five realms of emotional intelligence you will be able to identify how your own behaviour can influence the behaviour of others. Management, therefore, of your own emotions is key to the individual’s sense of self-esteem, their interpersonal skills, adaptability, stress management and overall general happiness.
This powerful workshop is designed to bring about a paradigm shift within the individuals of a team, leading to greater synergy, powerful perspectives and more positive attitudes. Ultimately, the organisation will benefit through higher productivity.

Janice is an accredited Neurolink Emotional Intelligence practitioner. This assessment offers added value to her clients with the benefit of an Emotional Intelligence detailed report and debrief to understand 12 competencies. The report is used to compile a gap analysis, and to define areas of challenge. After discussion with the client, coaching is focused on identified areas.
Process of the Neurolink Emotional Intelligence assessment
Administration
The assessment may be completed in the workplace with minimal intrusion on work time and environment. The candidate nominates five people. Neurolink will send each nominee an email to register and complete questions about the candidate. A secure email address is required. The candidate also registers online and completes a self assessment. The assessment takes approximately 40 minutes. Candidates are encouraged to complete the assessment as quickly as possible with the highest degree of accuracy. Once the assessments have been completed by the candidate and the nominees, the report is compiled and Janice will receive the full report via secure email.
Report Generation
12 Emotional Intelligence competencies are measured and a computerised, beautifully laid out and graphic report is generated and sent to Janice for interpretation.
Feedback
Once Janice receives the computerised report, she will setup a debrief session with the candidate. The organisation may receive this report for record purposes. Feedback is given by Janice in a debrief session to the candidate in such a way that it will assist the candidate to understand their strengths and weaknesses and which are the development areas.
Development Strategies
In addition to the full report, Janice, as your coach, will receive a coaching report for coaching purposes. The candidate will receive a copy of practical tasks and developmental strategies towards the enrichment of Emotional Intelligence.
Informed Consent
The Emotional Intelligence assessment is carried out on a voluntary basis. However, in keeping with ethical and professional practice, Janice requires each of the candidates to give consent before completing the assessment. All candidates are assured of complete privacy.
